We are pleased to announce the official launch of Lakemary Employee Wellness! We exist to support you on your journey to a healthier life. Your well-being is our top priority, and we are committed to fostering a culture and environment where all aspects of your health can thrive. Thank you to everyone who completed the wellness survey. Your feedback has been very influential in the development of the wellness program.

Lakemary has its very own Employee Therapist- Susan Beeson. Her services are available to all Lakemary employees at no cost. Treatment is limited to 5 consecutive therapy sessions. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, per availability.

Employee Wellness is providing discounted gym memberships for its employees. The purpose of providing this benefit is to encourage increased physical activity and achievement of positive physical and mental health outcomes. Eligibility requirements apply to receive this incentive.

Employee Wellness is providing free health coaching services to all Lakemary employees. A health coach helps to maximize personal potential, development, and achievement of health-related goals. Those who wish to become eligible for a discounted gym membership are required to engage in health coaching services.

Wellness constitutes a broad range of needs that are sometimes difficult to assist through a conventional wellness program. We hope that Care Tickets can help to fill this gap. When faced with significant personal life events, we want to be there to offer and facilitate support. If you or someone you work with is experiencing a life change, let us know by submitting a ticket! We will assess the need and plan ways to support the individual. Examples of events we might support include weddings, funerals, births, major illnesses and natural disaster/loss. Submit a ticket to [email protected].

Employee Wellness is offering free biometric screenings to Lakemary employees. The biometric screenings are voluntary and will be hosted by our Children’s and Adult’s Nursing staff. The purpose of these screenings is to provide you with information and education about your current health. In addition, this event provides you with the convenient opportunity to fulfill one of three eligibility requirements for the incentive of a discounted gym membership.
Begins April 21, 2025, ends June 19, 2025. Registrations due by April 17, 2025.
Employee Wellness is hosting a company-wide walking challenge! Participants will compete against each other individually and in teams for the most steps walked (or jogged, run, etc.) within a two-month timeframe.
